We built Summer Shred because we kept seeing the same thing. People training hard on their own, getting nowhere, and quietly giving up. That is not on you. That is what happens without a plan, real coaching and people in your corner.

For six weeks, that is exactly what you get. We baseline where you are, build every session around it, and check in every week so you are never guessing. You train alongside a group going through exactly the same thing, which is the bit that keeps you showing up when motivation runs out.

Questions

Before you book.

Will I get bulky doing this?

No. Strength training leans you out and tones you up, it does not make you bulky. You build lean muscle, drop body fat and feel tighter, not bigger. Real bulk takes years of very specific eating and training, which this programme is not.

What if I have never trained, or not in a long time?

Perfect, that is exactly who this is built for. We start you where you are, scale every session to your level and progress you safely. First timers and people coming back after years out get results here every single cohort.

What if I have an injury or old niggles?

Tell us before you start and we coach around it. Sessions are adjusted to work with your body, and most people find the right strength work settles old aches rather than aggravating them. Anything serious, check with your GP first.

What actually happens in a session?

Coach led strength and conditioning in a small, friendly group. Real lifting, smart programming and a conditioning finish, all tracked so you can watch your numbers climb week on week. You train as a team, which is exactly why people push harder here than they ever do on their own.

How many sessions a week do I get?

Three to four coached sessions a week across the full six weeks, plus open gym access to use the space and kit outside of programmed sessions.

What can I expect after the six weeks?

A stronger, leaner, more capable version of you. Better energy, better sleep, more confidence and a body that does more. Most people finish their first cohort and stay, because they finally found training that works and people they want to train with.
