Three years at UN1T Nine Elms and 700 sessions later, I'm still loving it. The training blocks run in 12 week cycles with 4 week phases so the workouts never get boring and the progress is real.

No. Strength training leans you out and tones you up, it does not make you bulky. You build lean muscle, drop body fat and feel tighter, not bigger. Real bulk takes years of very specific eating and training, which this programme is not.

Tell us before you start and we coach around it. Sessions are adjusted to work with your body, and most people find the right strength work settles old aches rather than aggravating them. Anything serious, check with your GP first.
